Bicester is located in the Cherwell district of north-eastern Oxfordshire.
The town is served by two railway stations, Bicester North and Bicester Town.
Bicester North is served by Chiltern Railways with trains running between London
Marylebone and Birmingham. Bicester Town runs services to Oxford, London
Paddington and the West Country.
Bicester is 57 miles from London, on the M40, 12 miles south-west of
Buckingham and 13 miles north-east of the University city and county
administrative town of Oxford. The town is situated 3 miles from junction 9 of
the M40 and is just one hour north of London and one hour south of Birmingham. | |
