Town of Shrewsbury, Shropshire
Shrewsbury is located in Shropshire, on the River Severn. Shrewsbury is on
the edge of the West Midlands motorway network, on the M54 past Wolverhampton
and through Telford, a few miles along the A5. The town is well connected by
rail, with lines going to Aberystwyth and Mid Wales, Chester and North Wales,
Whitchurch, Crewe, Manchester and the North, Hereford, Newport, Cardiff and
South Wales, Telford, Wolverhampton, Birmingham and London. The nearest major
airports are Birmingham International and Manchester.
