Located just outside of Kingston town centre, a minute's walk from Norbiton train station, Kingston Hospital is the largest single site district general hospital in London with the second biggest Maternity Unit in London. In the centre of Kingston are several dentists, both private and NHS, including Jiva Dental, a private cosmetic dentistry located next to McDonalds on Eden Street. There are two pharmacies in central Kingston, both found in Boots, one located on the ground floor of the Bentall Centre and the other on Union Street (with a second entrance in Eden Walk Shopping Centre). There is a Holland and Barrett and Food for Thought located near the Apple Market which sell health foods, supplements and vitamins.

Hairdressers / Barbers

Kingston has a multitude of hair salons and barbers offering a range of services, suiting any budget. If you're looking for a lengthy, luxurious hair cut, there are several located in the Market Place, including Toni & Guy, Daniel Gordon and the multi-award winning Headquarters. If you are looking for a last minute appointment or are on a budget, then Supercuts in the Bentall Centre is ideal.

Michael's Barbers and Studio SB also operate a walk-in service and have been established in the local area for years.

Beauty Salons

Aroma Secrets is located opposite John Lewis, catering for men and women of all ages, offering the most diverse waxing to a soothing massage or facial. A walk in appointment is operated when possible. Aveda Salon and Spa, located on the third floor of Bentalls, offers facials, massages, waxing, manicures & pedicures, spa packages, make up and hair services. Beauty by Honey is located in the Apple Market and open every day from 10am-7pm (Sunday from 11am-5pm). They offer a variety of services including massages, hairdressing, waxing and skin treatments including facials and organic fish pedicures, using Garra Rufa fish which nibble away the dry skin, leaving your feet feeling invigorated and revitalised.

Gyms / Leisure Centre

There are five gyms in Kingston, ranging from the adult only Virgin Active health club offering a personal service and relaxation classes as well as world-class gym facilities, to the no contract, open 24 hours a day fitness centre offering the latest gym equipment, including exercise bikes, running machines and rowing machines at The Gym. The Kingfisher leisure centre is child friendly with crèche facilities, offering a gym, NRG dance studio, a 25m swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and 2 squash courts. David Lloyd gym is situated on the second floor of the Rotunda, located directly opposite Kingston train centre with additional facilities including; health & beauty spas, club lounges with free internet access, crèches, nurseries and specialist sports shops to name a few. Located next door to Sainsbury's on Richmond Road is Esporta fitness centre which has a yoga & pilates studio, a children's tennis complex and health and beauty treatments open to members and non members. Esporta customers also have access to Sainsbury's car park for their convenience.
