To find items, browse the categories at the top of the page, use word search on the left, or if you already have a list of catalogue numbers use Quick Order. Step 2 – To reserve items tick ‘store pick up’ in your trolley Tick the boxes next to each item in your trolley to select either home delivery or reserve for store pick. If you select to reserve for store pick up you will then be asked to pick your preferred store. We will check stock and give you a reservation number. Step 3 – Pay in store when you pick up your items Your reservation will be held until the end of the next working day. Simply go to any till and quote your reservation number. (Please note that the price you pay is the price in store on the day you collect). At many stores you can also enter your reservation number into the Quick Pay Kiosk to make shopping even quicker! *Available on all items which state ‘this item can be reserved for store pick
